Choose the days that need a meal
Start with five dinner delivery slots and set a date for each one. Keep capacity at one when one household is handling that day. Remove days that are already covered or add more as needed.

Share preferences, keep private details private
Explain portions, preferred delivery times and food preferences. Arrange addresses and sensitive details directly with the organizer rather than putting them on a link you plan to share widely.

Let friends choose what works
Publish the sheet and send the link to your group. The meal question collects what each person plans to bring. Check the responses and coordinate any changes directly.

Can one person claim more than one delivery day?

Each day is a separate slot. A participant can claim another available day by making another signup.

Does this collect meal donations or order food?

This template coordinates meal delivery commitments. It does not collect payments or place food orders.

Is the signup sheet free?

Free includes two active signup sheets. Studio is $2 per month and includes unlimited active sheets. You do not need a credit card to start on Free.

Do participants need an account?

No. The organizer creates an account; participants claim a place or respond from the shared link with their name and email.

Are confirmation emails included?

Automatic confirmation emails require a paid plan and the organizer’s email-sending setting to be enabled. Free participants can see their confirmation on the page.
