Make the invitation specific
Add your event name, date, time and location. State who the invitation is for and how to contact you. The template starts with a community gathering you can rename.

Decide how to count your guests
Set a maximum capacity if places are limited. Ask for one response per attendee when each person needs a counted place. A free-text plus-one answer does not reserve additional capacity.

Ask only what helps you host
Keep the optional notes question or replace it with one useful event question. Preview, publish and share the link. Review the responses in your sheet before arranging the room.

A few useful answers.

Should I use an RSVP or a time-slot sheet?

Use RSVP when everyone is coming to the same event. Use an audition or volunteer sheet when people need to choose different times or roles.

Can I use this for a paid or ticketed event?

The RSVP sheet records responses and capacity. It is not a ticketing or payment collection flow.

Is the signup sheet free?

Free includes two active signup sheets. Studio is $2 per month and includes unlimited active sheets. You do not need a credit card to start on Free.

Do participants need an account?

No. The organizer creates an account; participants claim a place or respond from the shared link with their name and email.

Are confirmation emails included?

Automatic confirmation emails require a paid plan and the organizer’s email-sending setting to be enabled. Free participants can see their confirmation on the page.
