Name the service and the roles
Put the service date in your sheet title. Start with setup, welcome team and refreshments, then adapt the roles to your gathering. Include the meeting point and coordinator contact.

Separate overlapping services
For two services, add a separate slot for each role and service time. Use labels such as “Welcome team — early service” so volunteers can tell the shifts apart.

Share where your volunteers already are
Publish the sheet and copy the link into your community email or group chat. Check the claimed places to see what still needs help. For another Sunday, create a new sheet with the new dates.

Does the sheet repeat automatically every Sunday?

No. Create a sheet for each event and choose its dates. Free includes two active sheets; Studio includes unlimited active sheets.

Does claiming a role verify training or eligibility?

No. Signup records a volunteer’s choice. Your coordinator still needs to check any training or role requirements separately.

Is the signup sheet free?

Free includes two active signup sheets. Studio is $2 per month and includes unlimited active sheets. You do not need a credit card to start on Free.

Do participants need an account?

No. The organizer creates an account; participants claim a place or respond from the shared link with their name and email.

Are confirmation emails included?

Automatic confirmation emails require a paid plan and the organizer’s email-sending setting to be enabled. Free participants can see their confirmation on the page.
