Plan the audition window
Start with six ten-minute slots, then edit the times to suit your auditions. Set an event date for every slot. Include breaks and extra time for transitions when planning the schedule.

Choose individual or group slots
Keep capacity at one for individual auditions. Increase it for group sessions or callbacks. Give each slot a clear label so performers know whether they are choosing a singing, reading or movement session.

Make preparation easy to find
Add the venue, arrival time and material to prepare in the description. The template includes a role question and optional preparation notes. Preview the sheet, then publish and share your link.

Can I collect the role a performer wants?

Yes. The audition template includes a required role or part question. You can edit it, remove it or add other text questions before publishing.

Does this include casting decisions or an audition database?

This sheet handles time-slot signup and participant responses. It does not score auditions or make casting decisions.

Is the signup sheet free?

Free includes two active signup sheets. Studio is $2 per month and includes unlimited active sheets. You do not need a credit card to start on Free.

Do participants need an account?

No. The organizer creates an account; participants claim a place or respond from the shared link with their name and email.

Are confirmation emails included?

Automatic confirmation emails require a paid plan and the organizer’s email-sending setting to be enabled. Free participants can see their confirmation on the page.
